With a great concern on environmental protection, the Company has reserved a vast area for wastewater treatment pond. Wastewater released from cassava starch production process is used in biogas generation, the alternative source of energy which replacing the imported oil. Another beneficial aspect is that the biogas generation process helps protect the community environment.
