Qualifications
• Diploma/High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Good command in English (Presenting TOEIC score would be advantage)
• Experience/ knowledge in import - export, shipping, logistics, tax privileges and customs formalities would be advantage
• Strong “Accuracy” & “Attention-to-Detail” skills are required
• Good skills of interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, initiative, pro-active, self-motivated and self-starter with a high sense of urgency
• Good in computer skill i.e. E-mail, Words, Excel, Outlook, PDF editor
• Able to work well under high pressure and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• To provide “one-stop” service of export process with documentation for all export orders in order to achieve timely delivery and submit all related documents without failure
• Able to control all export process, from goods preparation, customs clearance, freight & transportation handling until cargo arrival at destination, as well as able to cope with any changes or urgency case appropriately
• Work with internal departments e.g. Customer Service, Q/C, W/H and Logistics as well as external parties e.g. shipping agencies, freight forwarders
• Arrange the export shipping document (invoice, BL, packing list, certificates and related documents) for all kind of payment term (L/C ,T/T, etc.) and control all required documents accurately and timely, as well as comply with customer requirement and international trade regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3-5 years direct experience in Import – Export business, shipping, supply chain , tax privileges and customs formalities.

- Ability to relocate to Korat factory or overseas office is required.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal departments and overseas agencies/customers regarding orders, samples, and complaints.
- Ensure smooth processing of shipments and support customers with product and shipment inquiries or special requirements.
- Monitor agency and customer performance by comparing actual sales with forecasts.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
- Organize customer visits and maintain positive relationships to ensure high customer retention.
- Provide general support and administrative duties for the Marketing and Sales Department.
- Assist in preparing report and other presentation materials or other tasks as assigned.
